Chicken Stew

"I love your website and have tried a couple of your recipes - they are wonderful! I'm sending to you one of my family's favorite recipes"

1 - 6 oz. Can Swanson's chicken chunks (NOT drained) (you can use more for a meatier stew)
1 - 8 oz Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken soup
1 - 8 oz Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom soup
1 - can of mushrooms and stems
1 - can Sweet peas (drained)
2 to 3 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese (or Velveeta)
2 to 3 tablespoons butter or margarine (or if not available Butterbuds)

Mix all ingredients together on the stovetop and heat until the cheese is melted.

This can be served over rice, egg noodles, or a baked potato.
