Mexican Hominy

"My husband just loves hominy and your fried hominy reminded me that I do a hominy thing that fits your recipe guidelines, that we love."

One can hominy, drained (rinse, if water is available - cuts saltiness)
4 oz Velveeta cheese
1/8 to 1/4 cup salsa (you could start hoarding packets from Taco Bell!)

Heat all together till cheese is melted and mixture hot.

Serves 2
